GSFS Caps is a SEBI registered Category – I merchant banking arm of GSFS Ltd. The company is nodal agency for mobilizing resources for Government of Gujarat controlled organizations.

GSFS Caps is involved in mobilizing resources for various PSUs of Government of Gujarat. The company is engaged in following activities:

 

Debt

Private Placement of Debt

GSFS Caps has participated in mobilizing resources of more than Rs. 12,000 Crores for various PSUs through private placement of bonds. Company also Lead Manages Tax Free bonds and Municipal Bonds. In each case GSFS Caps is best performer even when competing with high profiled merchant banking organizations and most of the time remained on the top of mobilization tally. Company has mobilized resources for various Government of Gujarat PSUs like Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd., Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Gujarat Electricity Board, Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation, Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation, Gujarat State Energy Generation Ltd. etc.

Public Issue of Bonds

GSFS Caps has been participating in the issue management team of ICICI, IDBI bonds by mobilizing resources for them by Public Issue of their Tax Saving bonds , Regular Income bonds etc.

Syndication of Funds

GSFS Caps is engaged in syndication of funds for various organizations under Government of Gujarat umbrella.

 

Equity

Public Issue of Equity Shares

GSFS Caps is providing its services as Lead Manager, Book Running Lead Manager in the various public issues of equity shares by Government of Gujarat entities as well as private corporates. Till date GSFS Caps has participated in equity issues of more than Rs. 825 Crores. These includes the public offerings of Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd. and Gujarat State Petronet Ltd.
